Job summary

Walmart is seeking an Optical Department Leader in Appleton to drive department growth, ensure pricing accuracy, oversee inventory, and execute seasonal plans within the Vision Center. You will forecast trends, align assortments, monitor pricing, and lead a team while maintaining strong community relations and patient privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• Option 1: Completion of 2 or more years of college.
• Option 2: 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Option 3: 2 years’ general work experience, including 1 year’s optical experience and high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Meets eligibility requirements to work in the Vision Center, including minimum age of 18, certification, registration, licensure, and other qualifications required by company policy and applicable regulations.
