Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Two or more years of college, or 1 year of retail experience with 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience including 1 year optical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead department sales growth through merchandising, pricing accuracy, inventory oversight, and seasonal execution.
• Forecast sales trends and align product assortments with member needs and local demographics.
• Monitor competitive pricing and adjust strategies to achieve financial targets.
• Lead eyewear and contact lens consultations under applicable optometric supervision.
• Oversee measurements, fittings, and contact lens education with safety and HIPAA compliance.
• Manage optical team development through hiring, training, and performance management.
• Coordinate lab communications, order processing, and equipment maintenance.
• Promote optical technologies to improve accuracy and member experience.
