• Ensure quality eyewear through consultations, measurements, and maintaining equipment
• Promote Open Door Policy and coordinate with stakeholders to achieve goals
• Foster teamwork, belonging, and integrity in daily operations
• Lead with data-driven decisions and continuous improvement
