Qualifications

• Completion of 2+ years of college OR 1 year retail experience with 1 year supervisory experience OR 2 years general work experience including 1 year optical experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; eligibility to work as optician/apprentice per state laws.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in Vision Center through effective merchandising, pricing, signing and inventory management.
• Provide supervision and development for Vision Center Associates; hire, train, and mentor.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; oversee asset protection and safety controls.
