Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, life sciences, or related field.
• 6+ years with leadership experience in vision care, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or related healthcare.
• Understanding of the U.S. optometric/eye care landscape and the needs of professionals, patients, and customers.
• Experience leading strategic or commercial initiatives with measurable results.
• Strong commercial acumen across sales, marketing, product commercialization, and market dynamics.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex matrix organization.
• Executive communication and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to build relationships across the optometric community and with customers and industry stakeholders.
• Ability to translate insights into business strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic and commercial voice for professional engagement within the U.S. Vision Care organization.
• Incorporate eye care professional perspectives into business strategy, product commercialization, and engagement planning.
• Build relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and professional associations across the eye care community.
• Collaborate with Professional Affairs, Marketing, Sales, National Accounts, and Medical Affairs to ground strategies in needs of professionals and patients.
• Represent U.S. Vision Care at industry meetings, customer forums, advisory boards, and professional events.
• Translate clinical insights and market trends into actionable commercial opportunities.
