Bausch + Lomb is seeking a strategic Head of Professional Strategy for U.S. Vision Care to lead engagement with eye care professionals, shape annual priorities, and drive growth across the U.S. market.

The role collaborates with Professional Affairs, Marketing, Sales and Medical Affairs to translate clinical insights into programs, education, and commercial opportunities benefiting eye care professionals and patients.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required.
• 10 years of leadership experience in vision care or related healthcare.
• Strong understanding of U.S. optometric landscape and eye care stakeholders.
• Ability to translate clinical insights into business strategy and commercial execution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior clinical and commercial voice within the U.S. Vision Care organization.
• Lead U.S. professional strategy, including annual priorities and KPIs.
• Build relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and professional associations.
• Oversee education programs, congresses, and advisory boards.
• Translate trends into actionable commercial opportunities.
