Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited school or college of optometry is required.
• MBA or other relevant advanced business degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior clinical and commercial voice within the U.S. Vision Care organization.
• Lead the U.S. professional strategy, including annual priorities and operating plans with KPIs.
• Translate clinical insights and market trends into actionable programs and opportunities.
• Build relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and key opinion leaders across the eye care community.
• Partner with Professional Affairs, Marketing, Sales, and Medical Affairs to align strategies with customer needs.
• Represent U.S. Vision Care at industry meetings and advisory boards.
• Oversee education programs, congresses, speaker programs, and engagement platforms.
