Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations and act as business owner in the absence of the Store Manager. You will drive key performance metrics and deliver exceptional eye-care experiences for customers.

You're expected to partner with the Store Manager to coach the team, execute visual standards, and maintain strong relationships with doctors while managing schedules, events, and administrative duties. Evening and weekend hours required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1+ year of management or supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes and policies.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.
• Excellent written and oral English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in absence of the Store Manager.
• Drive sales and customer count with KPI focus.
• Support store business plans to maximize sales and profit.
• Develop and coach team with the Store Manager.
• Ensure visual directives and store appearance.
• Maintain strong relationships with doctors and policy adherence.
• Perform administrative duties and schedule flexibility.
