Job summary

LensCrafters in Texas is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to lead store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. You will act as a business owner, drive sales, ensure policy compliance, and deliver quality eye care experiences to customers.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of supervisory experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong basic math skills
• Familiarity with cash register, computers & calculators
• Must have a strong command of the English language for all written correspondence & oral communication

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and drive KPIs (sales, conversion, traffic).
• Partner with Store Manager to develop team.
• Provide timely feedback and coaching.
• Execute visual directives and maintain store appearance.
• Maintain positive relationships with doctors.
• Perform administrative duties and schedule flexibility.
