Job summary

Visionworks of America is seeking a charismatic Clinical Specialist (CS)/Optometric Assistant to be the face of our Exam Practice in our Littleton, CO location. You will guide patients through preliminary testing and eye health basics with a friendly, human approach.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, introducing patients to the OD, and assisting in transitioning from exam to sales while educating on products and services.

Qualifications

• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate patient records before conducting preliminary testing
• Introduce patient to OD and provide OD with important patient information
• Transition patient from doctor to sales floor and educate on products/services that meet eye care needs
• Support day-to-day operations to maintain exam lane, including restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and answering phones
