Job summary

Visionworks of America is seeking a part-time Clinical Specialist (CS)/Optometric Assistant to be the face of our Exam Practice, guiding patients through the first steps of the Visionworks experience with a simple, human and bold approach.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, introducing patients to the OD, assisting on the floor, and supporting exam-lane operations, inventory, and phone coverage to enhance the patient journey.

Qualifications

• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate patient records before conducing preliminary testing
• Introduce patient to OD and provide OD with important patient nformation
• Transition patient from doctor to sales floor and provide associates necessary information to educate and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Executeday-to-dayoperational activities to support the store's exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals including: restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and answering phones to meet additional patient needs
