Visionworks is seeking a friendly and engaging Clinical Specialist/Optometric Assistant to be the face of our Exam Practice. You will help patients look great and see great, guiding them through preliminary testing and the transition from exam to sales.

Ideal candidates have customer or patient service experience and a HS diploma or GED. Roles are full-time, in-store positions with benefits and opportunities for growth within Visionworks.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Customer or patient service experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain complete and accurate patient records before conducting preliminary testing.
• Introduce patient to OD and provide OD with important patient information.
• Transition patient from doctor to sales floor and provide associates with necessary information to educate and recommend products and services.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals.
