Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a results-oriented sales professional to achieve annual objectives within the assigned customer base. The role emphasizes customer relationship management, sales execution, operational support, and promotion of B+L products across the territory.

The incumbent will manage relationships, plan daily calls, and leverage Salesforce to drive selling objectives and territory performance, while coordinating promotions and ensuring product availability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Science, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably healthcare/pharma.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow business relationships with customers and gather business intelligence.
• Develop daily call plans using Journey Planning and objective setting.
• Master Salesforce to manage selling objectives, inventory, and territory reports.
• Execute quarterly sales & marketing promotions using PSS presentations.
• Maintain merchandising space and POSMs in territory outlets.
• Understand administrative processes: orders, exchanges/returns, credit terms, and collections.
• Report adverse events or product complaints to appropriate channels.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
