Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide a warm welcome and urgent service.
• Identify patient needs and link to practice offerings, including eye exams.
• Ask clarifying questions and consult with Optician as needed.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and describe features/benefits of products.
• Anticipate problems and develop long-term solutions.
• Multi-task with competing priorities and manage time effectively.
• Assist with selecting eyewear and ensure accurate lens prescriptions.
• Execute sales transactions and operate the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain attractive displays and secure assets.
• Adhere to attendance, policies, and daily timekeeping.
• Sell on your feet 80%-100% of the time.
