Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eye-care experiences and drive sales. You will help customers select frames, explain lens options, and coordinate measurements with the optician, while maintaining store appearance and fostering a respectful environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year of retail experience, and comfort with POS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math/computing tools.
• Willingness to learn new technology and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize prescription details to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinate measurements with optical tools.
• Conduct measurements and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and maintain displays and inventory in an organized way.
• Treat customers and colleagues with respect and foster inclusivity.
