Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a warm welcome and provide timely service.
• Assess patient needs and reference practice offerings including eye exams.
• Ask clarifying questions and consult with Optician as needed.
• Explain product features and benefits using appropriate tools.
• Multi-task and prioritize competing responsibilities.
• Assist with selecting eyewear and prepare prescriptions for lenses.
• Handle sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain clean, attractive displays and secure company assets.
• Follow attendance, policies, and dress code; support the team.
