LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Sales Associate in Chicago to provide a premium eye care and eyewear experience. You will apply sales skills to meet goals and nurture customer relationships.

You will help customers select frames, use optical tools for measurements, and collaborate with teammates to maintain a welcoming store environment. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (oral & written)
• Ability to sell with accountability for sales results and to meet goals
• Experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math
• Adapt to new technology with accuracy
• Self-motivated with multi-tasking in a fast-changing environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing relationships and building new ones
• Recommend lenses and coatings using optical prescriptions
• Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate frames with measurements
• Take measurements with optical tools and consult with an optician as needed
• Maintain a positive store environment and professional relationships with peers and staff
• Keep displays and inventory organized and accessible
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect
