Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators.
• Ability to sell and meet sales goals with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with measurements.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Maintain a positive store environment and foster relationships with peers, management, doctors and staff.
