Job summary

Visionworks is seeking aSales Lead who will be the face of the store, guiding customers through eyewear choices and the Visionworks experience. The Senior Optical Specialist brings eye care knowledge and licenses where required to ensure accurate fittings and service excellence.

The role emphasizes achieving daily sales goals, product recommendations, and continuous training to maintain Right the First Time eyewear solutions.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through training to ensure Right the First Time.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including opening and closing the store in LEAD positions only.
