Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store, guiding customers through a seamless eyewear journey. You will apply optics knowledge, meet patients’ eyewear needs, and drive daily sales goals.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, product recommendations, and hands-on store operations to support merchandising, inventory, and order fulfillment. Prior optical experience or ABO certification is valued, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualificações

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear.
