Job summary

Visionworks of America is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our stores, guiding patients through the Visionworks journey with expert product knowledge and a human, bold service style.

You’ll drive daily sales goals, engage customers, measure eyewear needs, and supervise store operations in LEAD roles, with license requirements and ABO option where needed.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience, Visionworks or other organization, or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent relevant job experience.
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend suitable products and services.
• Measure eyewear requires and maintain product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Support store financial and customer goals by assisting in opening/closing in LEAD roles.
