Visionworks is seeking a Licensed Sr. Optical Specialist – Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our brand in-store, delivering a welcoming experience for every patient. You’ll guide eyewear choices with care and confident product knowledge.

You will measure, recommend, and close sales while maintaining up-to-date optics knowledge and contributing to daily store goals and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer or patient service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensed optician in the relevant state.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily sales goals by delivering excellent customer experience.
• Engage with patients to recommend eyewear products and services.
• Ensure accurate eyewear measurements and product knowledge through training.
• Support store operations including merchandising and order fulfillment.
