Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead who will be the face of our store, guiding patients through the Visionworks experience with warmth and expertise.

You’ll be trained on optics, our products, and managed vision care to ensure eyewear needs are met simply, humanly, and boldly. You will drive daily sales, engage with customers, recommend products, and stay current on eyewear knowledge through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
• Related customer or patient experience preferred
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development
• Executeday-to-dayoperational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship
