Visionworks of America in Columbia, MD is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store, guiding patients through the Visionworks experience with warmth and expertise.

You will drive daily sales, advise on products, ensure accurate eyewear measurements, and support merchandising and order fulfillment. This part-time role offers competitive benefits and opportunities to grow within our brand.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required (Visionworks or another org).
• ABO Certification may substitute for experience.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily sales goals by delivering strong customer experiences.
• Engage with patients and recommend eyewear products.
• Measure and ensure correct eyewear fit; maintain product knowledge.
• Support store operations: restock, merchandising, order fulfillment.
