Job summary

Visionworks Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead is the face of our store, guiding patients through an easy, human and bold eyewear journey. You will be trained in optics, products and managed vision care to meet each customer's needs.

You will drive daily sales, engage with patients, recommend eyewear solutions, and maintain product knowledge through ongoing training while supporting store operations, merchandising and order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
• Related customer or patient experience preferred
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is built right the First Time
• Executeday-to-dayoperational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship
