Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store and guide patients through the Visionworks experience. You will be knowledgeable about optics, products and managed vision care, ensuring eyewear needs are met in a simple, human and bold way.

You will drive daily sales goals, engage customers, recommend products, and maintain up-to-date eyewear knowledge through ongoing training to ensure accurate fitting and service.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience is necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear isRight the First Time
• Executeday-to-dayoperational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship
