Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead in Maryland to be the face of the store, guiding patients from greeting to eyewear fitting with strong optics knowledge.

You will drive the Customer/Patient Experience, hit daily sales goals, and participate in ongoing training to stay current on eyewear solutions. Roles include restocking, merchandising, and order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or ABO certification in lieu of experience.
• 1 year optical experience required or ABO cert.
• Strong customer service and sales abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily sales goals by delivering excellent Customer/Patient Experience.
• Engage with patients to recommend eyewear and services.
• Measure patients for eyewear and maintain product knowledge through training.
• Perform day-to-day store operations: restock, merchandise, and fulfill eyewear orders.
