Job summary

Visionworks in Tucson seeks a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store, guiding customers through the Visionworks journey and meeting eyewear needs with expertise and warmth.

You will drive sales by delivering excellent customer experiences, measure eyewear, stay current on products, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. Part-time role with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification
• Related customer or patient experience helpful
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by optimising the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients for their eyewear and maintain knowledge through training to ensure Right the First Time
• Execute day-to-day store operations including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment

Pay Class: Part Time

Pay Rate:$15.15 - 18.46 per hr

The Role:

A VisionworksSr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Leadis the very face of our business and is dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This person is trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/servicesand managed vision care. The person takes the patient/customer through the Visionworks experience ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple,humanand bold way.

·Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey

·Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs

·Measure patients/customers for their eyewear andmaintainproduct/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear isRight the First Time

·Executeday-to-dayoperational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship

Qualifications:

·12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or otherorganization) orABO Certification in lieu of experience

· Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary

·HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
