Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a charismatic Sales Lead to be the face of our store and ensure an excellent patient and customer journey. You will be trained in optics, our products/services, and managed vision care, guiding each patient through the Visionworks experience to meet eyewear needs in a simple, human, and bold way.

This part-time role emphasizes achieving daily sales goals, engaging with customers, stocking and merchandising, and fulfilling eyewear orders.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification required.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through continuous training.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment.

Pay Class: Part Time

Pay Rate: $11.86 -16.01 per hr

The Role:

A VisionworksSales Leadis the very face of our business and is dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This person is trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/servicesand managed vision care. The person takes the patient/customer through the Visionworks experience ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple,humanand bold way.

Qualifications:

• 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or otherorganization) orABO Certification in lieu of experience
• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
