Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead to be the face of our store, delivering a warm, human customer experience and guiding eyewear choices with confidence.

You will drive daily sales by elevating the patient journey, engage with customers, and recommend products that meet eye care needs. You’ll maintain product knowledge through ongoing training to ensure the right eyewear is chosen the first time.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification.
• Related customer or patient experience preferred.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is right the first time.
• Executeday-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship.
