Job summary

MyEyeDr. in Monroe, NC is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to deliver personalized eyecare and exceptional customer service. No optical experience is required; training is provided to learn about eyewear and insurance benefits.

You will help patients see, look, and be their best while supporting doctors and the office team in a high-quality visit. The role reports to the Office General Manager. Some weekend and evening shifts may be required, with opportunities for bonuses and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Willing to learn optical industry, products and services.
• Able to meet office sales goals with a can-do attitude.
• Friendly, patient-centered team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear selection using knowledge of product lines.
• Consistently deliver sales plan and office goals through a strong patient experience.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients clearly.
• Fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses using company tools and training.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Demonstrate MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy with patients.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
