Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to support patients through personalized eyecare and a trusted team of doctors and staff. No optical experience required; you will receive comprehensive training and tools to learn about eyewear and insurance benefits while helping patients see and look their best.

This role reports to the Office General Manager and may include some weekend and evening shifts. As part of the patient-focused team, you will assist with frame and lens selection, explain

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding their needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear and lens selection with product knowledge.
• Contribute to meeting sales plans and office goals through strong patient relationships.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients clearly.
• Use training to fit, measure, and adjust eyewear from a wide selection.
• Support Office Optometrist to serve patients' lens and frame needs.
• Collaborate with doctors and team for seamless patient experiences.
• Represent MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy with patients.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
