Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service and drive eyewear sales. You will help patients choose frames, assist with measurements, and coordinate with Opticians to provide a great experience.

The role requires 1+ year in retail or customer service, familiarity with POS systems, and strong communication skills. Competitive pay with a benefits-aware total rewards package is offered, with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math.
• Ability to learn new technology and maintain accuracy.

• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plans and company objectives by cultivating existing customers and building new relationships.
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate with measurements to find the best vision solution.
• Take measurements with appropriate optical tools and consult with an Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and maintain professional relationships with peers and staff.
• Maintain appearance of store and keep displays and inventory organized.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
