Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience required.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math skills.
• Ability to learn new technology and maintain accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Sales skills and goal orientation.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets by cultivating existing customers and attracting new ones.
• Recommend lenses and coatings based on prescriptions.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and taking measurements.
• Take precise measurements with optical tools and consult the optician when needed.
• Maintain a positive store environment and professional relationships.
• Keep displays and inventory organized and attractive.
• Foster inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
