Job summary

LensCrafters in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Part-Time associate to support eyewear shoppers and ensure unsurpassed patient experiences.

You will greet patients, discuss needs, explain product features, operate the POS, and coordinate with the Optician to ensure accurate fittings and timely pickup.

Experience in retail or eyecare is preferred; strong customer service and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and selling skills.
• Familiarity with POS, patient record systems or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Greets all patients with a warm welcome and urgent service.
• Explores patient needs and links to eyewear offerings including eye exams.
• Operates POS and processes sales transactions with accuracy.
• Presents products, educates patients, and coordinates with the optician for fittings and pickups.
