EssilorLuxottica's LensCrafters in Florida is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional eye care and eyewear experience. You will help patients pick frames, explain lens options and coatings, and assist with measurements using optical tools.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting. Previous retail or customer service experience (1+ year) and solid communication skills are essential to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators; basic phone and math skills.
• Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results; goal oriented.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Self-motivator with ability to multi-task in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilizes optical prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assists patients in the selection of frames and coordinates with measurements.
• Conducts measurements using optical tools and consults with Optician as needed.
• Contributes to a positive store environment and professional relationships with peers and staff.
• Keeps displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
• Promotes an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
