Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets all patients with a warm welcome and provides prompt service.
• Explores patient eyewear needs and links to practice offerings.
• Consults with Optician as needed to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
• Demonstrates product knowledge and describes features/ benefits.
• Operates the POS system and processes sales transactions accurately.
• Presents, educates and coordinates product pickup with patients.
• Keeps displays organized and secures company assets.
• Adheres to attendance, policies, and daily timekeeping.
