LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eyewear experiences. You will guide customers through frame selection, discuss prescriptions, and coordinate measurements with the Optician to ensure precise vision solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills.
• Embrace new technology with high level of accuracy.
• Ability to sell through use of sales skills and meet goals.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilizes optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate with measurements to find the best vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and professional relationships with staff and doctors.
• Maintain attractive and organized displays and inventory.
