Visionworks is seeking a General Manager to lead store profitability and deliver an outstanding patient and customer journey from doctor visits to eyewear pickup.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in optical management, strong leadership and a focus on service excellence; licensed optician status is preferred where required. This role is full-time and focused on in-store leadership and performance.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three (3) or more years of related experience required.
• Optical management experience preferred.
• Licensed GMs must have a current State Opticians License.

Responsabilités

• Maximize store profitability while preserving patient/customer experience and exceed financial goals.
• Engage with the Doctor to discuss business needs, staff, and patient experience.
• Plan daily operations by managing traffic, appointments, and eyewear services.
• Hire, train, coach, develop and support store associates for excellence in their roles.
• Remove obstacles and resolve issues affecting patient/customer experience.
• Lead operational activities to meet store financial and customer experience goals.
