Pearle Vision, part of EssilorLuxottica, is hiring an Optician to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a community Pearle Vision location. You will confirm prescriptions, assist with frame and lens selection, and support store merchandising and promotions.

The role requires ABO certification or equivalent experience, strong customer service, and the ability to meet sales goals. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• ABO Certification preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service with measurable results.
• Ability to sell using sales skills and drive results.
• Excellent communication with customers and team.
• Strong merchandising and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales by fostering a retail selling culture and NECE usage.
• Develops professional relationships with Associates and Doctors.
• Fills ophthalmic eyewear prescriptions and fits lenses/frames.
• Measures bridge, eyesize, temple length, vertex distance, PD, etc.
• Ensures accurate merchandising and pricing per Planogram.
