Job summary

Pearle Vision, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a licensed Optometrist to provide high quality eye care at a Pearle Vision Franchise location. Work model and pay structure are negotiated with the Licensed Operator, with emphasis on patient care and professional standards.

The position emphasizes building doctor-patient relationships, adhering to clinical protocols, and contributing to a trusted eye care experience in the community.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the state of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certified.
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct all services in accordance with clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Ensure patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional patient/customer service through Pearle Vision experience.
• Collaborate with License Operators store team and brand leadership to maintain a safe and motivating work environment.
• Maintain office quality systems and brand reputation.
