Pearle Vision is seeking a full-time Optician to attract and retain customers by delivering an exceptional experience and promoting satisfaction for associates and doctors. You will fill ophthalmic prescriptions, fit lenses and frames, and advise on lenses, coatings, and frames while following state licensing requirements.

This role emphasizes service quality and teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting. Strong communication, precise measurements, and a passion for eyewear will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required or higher.
• ABO certification and relevant retail experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service and sales targets.
• Strong communication and merchandising abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by fostering a retail selling culture and utilizing sales skills.
• Develop relationships with Associates and Doctors.
• Fill ophthalmic prescriptions and fit lenses and frames per state requirements.
• Assist with merchandising per Planogram and company standards.
• Ensure accurate measurements, pricing, and customer service quality.
