Job summary

EssilorLuxottica’s South Gate Optometry location is hiring a Full-Time team member to support practice management and deliver premium eyecare experiences. This role assists with patient flow, sales, and front-office duties in a fast-paced optical setting.

An HS diploma is required; ABO certification is preferred. Compensation includes a pay range of $24.95–$41.63 hourly and a competitive bonus/commission plan within a total rewards package.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED required.
• Strong customer service and retail experience, preferably in optical/patient experience.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise or ability to master quickly.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Familiarity with technology such as POS and patient record systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports all primary care functions, leads patient flow, and assists eyecare advisors and sales staff.
• Delivers unsurpassed patient care and product knowledge.
• Supports practice management in achieving KPIs and adopting new technology.
