Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• ABO Certification; must maintain currency.
• Knowledge of basic optics and dispensing/fitting eyewear.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and POS usage.
• Strong basic math skills and comfort with tablets.

Responsibilities

• Custom fits glasses and precisely places prescriptions.
• Leads in optical acumen and supports peers.
• Takes and records measurements; ensures eyewear meets standards.
• Assists patients by asking questions to understand needs.
• Adheres to company policies and inventory procedures.
• Maintains appearance of the practice and supports safety standards.
• Sells on your feet 80–100% of the time.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager.
