Job summary

LensCrafters in Noblesville, IN is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience. You will assist customers with frame and lens selections, explain tests and services, and coordinate with the Optometrist and store team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets customers promptly (within 30 seconds) and provides a warm welcome.
• Answers the telephone promptly (3 rings) in a friendly manner.
• Explains paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Reviews prescriptions and patient information carefully.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant records and privacy.
• Operates POS and processes payments accurately.
• Explains One Hour processing and delivery times to customers.
• Maintains store appearance and displays per guidelines.
• Supports Optometrist and retail management as needed.
