Qualifications

• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate patient records before preliminary testing.
• Introduce patient to OD and share key patient information.
• Transition patient from doctor to sales floor with information to educate on products and services.
• Support exam lane operations: restock inventory, clean equipment, answer phones to meet patient needs.
