LensCrafters in Gainesville, GA is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience by ensuring the highest quality Optometric care and seamless patient journeys. You will integrate brand storytelling with accurate patient interactions and appointment flow.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork with the optometrist and retail staff to meet store KPIs and uphold HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets customers without delay (within 30 seconds).
• Promptly answers the telephone (3 rings) in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Explains all required paperwork, tests, products and services
• Attentive to details; reviews prescriptions and/or patient information carefully; identifies special needs, consulting with Optician, Managing Doctor or Retail Management when necessary.
