LensCrafters in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead in the Store Manager's absence, driving sales, service, and store operations. You will partner with the Manager to coach staff, execute merchandising directives, and maintain strong customer and doctor relationships.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of supervisory retail experience, strong communication, and a proven ability to meet KPIs while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1+ year(s) management/supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes & policies.
• Strong basic math skills.
• English language proficiency for written and oral communication.
• Strong selling skills and problem-solving ability.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers quality and improvement to exceed KPIs across sales, conversion, and traffic.
• Supports store business plans to maximize sales and profit.
• Leads and develops the team in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Provides clear feedback and supports employee development.
• Executes visual directives and maintains store appearance.
• Maintains positive relationships with doctors and customers.
• Performs administrative duties and works varied hours.
