Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets customers within 30 seconds.
• Answers the telephone promptly (3 rings) in a friendly manner.
• Explains all required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Reviews prescriptions and patient information carefully and consults when necessary.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant patient records.
• Operates POS system with accuracy and attention to detail.
