Job summary

Stord is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to own the operational backbone of a vision AI data program within Stord Labs. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams spanning engineering, Legal, Site Operations, and Finance to move ideas from hypothesis to production-ready data products.

You will design evaluation frameworks, lead hardware and vendor assessments, manage data pipelines from pilot capture through annotation and delivery, and ensure governance, privacy, and risks are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or similar roles.
• Experience running CV, ML, or data pipeline programs end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own the evaluation lifecycle with clear hypotheses and measurable success criteria.
• Lead hardware and vendor evaluations including RFPs and scorecards.
• Coordinate requirements across Legal, Site Operations, Finance, and warehouse operations.
• Manage the data pipeline from pilot capture through annotation, validation, and secure delivery.
• Engage with frontier AI and robotics partners and academic collaborators.
• Ensure consent, privacy, and data rights are addressed with Legal throughout capture activities.
